The AYIXIR DOMINANT (?) scenario readme.

From the author - Luka Rejec

*This is a scenario based on a Civ 2 game by a friend of mine. It uses
the same rules as Riverine Realms version 1.3 and the only major
difference is that it is shorter, with more advanced civilizations and
a larger map.
*All the changes are exactly the same as in RR-1.3

*Concerning the civs.

-The Ayixir. A massive empire that spans most of the main continent.
It is highly advanced and yet underdeveloped. It is NOT meant to be
used as a player empire, as in that case it practically assures a
victory.

-The Saxons. Risen from a primitive and small nation on a smallish
continet the Saxons are now the second largest and most advanced nation
around. Many other nations view them with friendship, except of course
the Ayixir, as they shared the knowledge that they stole from the
Ayixir with the world. They are the reason that other nations even have
a chance against the Ayixir. The easiest player empire.

-The Celts. Thanks to the Saxons almost as advanced and quite well
developed, saved from a long and exhausting war by their distance from
the Ayixir.

-The Egyptians. Developed and thankless, they hate practically
everybody.

-The Babylonians. A sad remnant of the once mighty Zulu kingdoms,
destroyed by the Celts and the Saxons. They have practically no enemies
and most everybody leaves them alone, simply because they don't have
anything anybody wants.

-The Dogons. Scattered around the world by the Great Dogon Diaspora,
which ensued when the Ayixir broke the spine of the original empire,
which was once a match for the Ayixir.

-The Minoans. Yet another remnant, though in this case somewhat better
entrenched.

*Have fun playing!
